indoctrination [in-ˌdäk-trə-ˈnā-shən]

1. the process of inculcating ideas, attitudes, cognitive strategies or a professional methods.             Indoctrination is a critical component in the transfer of a culture, its customs, and traditions from    one generation to the next.

You want to get into better shape.  You want to create habits that will lead to a positive change.  You want to feel better about yourself.  We know you want to succeed.  Our 90 day INDOC is a proven means to building the lifestyle, health, and wellness that you are seeking.

When you have decided that you want to become a member of the UNLEASHED crew, you will complete our INDOC before jumping into regular programming. INDOC consists of 3 phases.  Each phase is designed to help you establish the right habits, build sound mechanics, and develop a winning plan to achieve your goals.  

Phase 1 is three days a week for four weeks. It consists of 12 days of small group instruction and practical application. On the first day of the INDOC, you will perform a simple test in order to determine your baseline level of fitness. Each week you will learn the movements used in our programming, and participate in skill/fitness level appropriate WODs (Workout Of the Day). These WODs are designed to develop muscle memory, help your central nervous system adapt to the demands of our programming, and develop competency in the newly learned skills. At the completion of the program, you will be able to demonstrate basic proficiency in these movements and safely participate in all UNLEASHED WODs at Athletes Unleashed. On the last day of Phase 1 you will retake the basic physical fitness test.  Phase 1 of the INDOC is mandatory.  

Phase 2 is 2 days per week for four weeks.  Day 1 is a specially programmed and coached WOD designed to help you continue to develop your movement patterns and range of motion (ROM).  Day 2 is our unique and highly educational nutrition seminar.  Phase 2 of the INDOC is voluntary.  Athletes in Phase 2 are able to participate in UNLEASHED WODs.

Phase 3 is 1 day per week for 4 weeks.  Athletes are able to continue to attend the specially programmed WOD while receiving personalized attention in the form of weekly wellness counseling and goal setting.  Phase 3 is a great transition as you start attending more of the UNLEASHED WODs.

The INDOC is limited to 8 students each month. You must register and pay in advance in order reserve a spot. Registration is non-refundable. All Phase 1 INDOC classes are mandatory. If you miss a class you will be required to schedule a personal training session at an additional cost.
