Challenging, Fun, Exciting, Tough, Confidence inspiring, Supportive – just a few of the words used to describe our program designed for kids from 5 to 13 years.

Your young warriors will grow both personally and physically as they are taken through thorough warm ups, age appropriate WODs (workout of the day) that focus on functional movements and core development, and brief but pointed leadership discussions all in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Led by coaches with over 20 years of combined experience you can expect your young athlete to become more passionate about fitness while experiencing increased coordination, speed, agility, strength, power, accuracy, balance, flexibility, stamina, endurance, and injury prevention.

Upcoming Sessions
Sessions are held on Tuesdays 1715–1815 and Saturdays from 1000–1100.
This is a year-round program and memberships are month to month.

Annual $30 registration fee for 1st child, $15 for additional children
You can choose to have your young athlete attend 1 day per week or 2 days per week.
1 day per week is $48/month.  2 days per week is $80/month
